-Thermometers available for coolers and freezers
-Temperatures are monitored electronically
-Quat sanitizer is available from dispensers for manual dishwashing
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Random check of best before dates performed for baby food
-No signs of pests observed during inspection. Orkin provides pest control services monthly. Pest control reports available for review.
