Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Open can of tomato ketchup and open container of sesame oil found in dry storage room. No lids found. Lids punctured and fruit flies were found all over containers.

- Bins (handles, rolling bases, handles, upper portion)

- Seal holes
- Wooden cutting block - take this item outside and power wash all crevices as a large amount of cockroaches found in crevices
- Floors - clean again
- Big Dry storage area for most food items
- Shelves
- Open containers without lids are to be discarded
- Open containers are to be wiped down if any food debris is found on lids or body of containers
- Underneath shelves where cobwebs have accumulated

- Behind chest freezer
- Cobwebs throughout
- Bottom legs of dim sum prep area
- Bottom wall under two compartment sink in dim sum area
- Walls throughout where food splatter has accumulated
- Remove ALL food equipment from:
- Hot water tank room
- Staff washroom
- Wash all food equipment prior to storing elsewhere
- Remove any unnecessary items from upper shelves; dirty dishes were observed on upper shelves

- Under counter cooler motor
- Stand up 2 door cooler motor
- Stand up 2 door freezer motor in back dry storage area
- Server area cupboards
