Routine inspection: warehouse operation, importing food products then local delivery to stores and restaurant, no repackaging or any processing. Note: Van Fruit, an online delivery service continues to operate out of this location. Fresh Fresh to operate out of 669 Ridley Place. Health approval pending. Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C. New walk in freezer currently being installed. Overflow items stored in refrigerated container unit. Ambient air temperature ~ -6 degrees C. *Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C. All food products stored on pallets. Lighting is adequate. *Reminder to close bay doors once deliveries have been received/go out. 3 compartment sink onsite but not in use. *Place liquid soap in the dispenser in the staff washroom. *Several frozen prepackaged raw meat/fish observed in the refrigerated container unit. These items are delivered to Uni-one from restaurants and are meant for individual customers. Ensure all items are labeled appropriately.
