Sandwich cooler (35 degrees F with toppings below 4 degrees C), walk-in-cooler (3.2 degrees C), and front drinks cooler (3.8 degrees C) were at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
Walk-in-freezer was at or below -18 degrees C / 0 degrees F.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C / 140 degrees F.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Food storage areas were clean at the time of inspection.
