Corrections Noted: √ Hand wash station that was previously removed has been reinstalled and was fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water √ Test kit for oxonia active present and is now being tested once per week √ Areas where paint was peeling off in processing and packaging areas, the peeling paint has been removed an exposed areas resealed. Plan in place to monitor and repair as needed √ Quats sanitizer bottle at dispenser has been replaced at two compartment sink √ Temperature logs of walk in cooler and processing/packaging areas now being maintained daily
