- Triple-sink available for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary conditions. Sink drain stoppers available.
- Quat-based sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in labelled spray bottle. Bottle also labelled with date & time to change solution.
- Pizza prep cooler and walk-in cooler measured 4C or less.
- Accurate thermometers available. Temperature records maintained.
- Pizza sauce held at room temperature with appropriately-labelled time-tracking stickers.
