Routine Inspection Completed. Operating permit provided to operator on site - ensure this is posted in a conspicuous location. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied. Milk/display/stand-up cooler at 4C or below. Back cooler at 4C or below. Front double door freezer at -18C or below. Back freezer and chest freezer at -18C or below. Note: Single front cooler not maintaining temperature - no potentially hazardous foods stored in unit. Temperature logs available - ensure that these are maintained adequately. High temperature dishwasher at 74.7C at plate surface. Temperature gauge reached 181C. QUATs surface sanitizer in spray bottles at 200ppm. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition and scoop stored in sanitary manner. Back storage area organized - food stored off the ground and covered. Sanitary facilities adequately supplied.
