A follow-up inspection was completed:
- Areas requiring cleaning have not been done.
- Accumulated flour under the main, wood prep table.
- Exterior surfaces of food storage containers/buckets have accumulated food on it.
- The floor on the walk-in-freezer has accumulated food.
- Legs of tables, equipment (dough mixer), and shelves have accumulated food.
- No rodent bait found being used inside the premises.

ACTION:
Sweep the floor under the wooden prep table EVERY night. Move all buckets and other items from under the prep table before sweeping.
Clean the exterior surface of food containers and lids at least once a week.
Clean the legs of equipment, tables, and racks at least once a week.
Clean the floor of the walk-in-freezer under all racks. Move racks away from walls to achieve this.

A follow-up inspection will occur on/after Feb. 5/25, to ensure ALL ACTION ITEMS have been CORRECTED
