Routine inspection: wine production 3 compartment sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided at the 3 compartment. Sanibrew solution used to disinfect filling machine, totes, and carboys. Glass bottles arrive precleaned. StarSan solution used to disinfect food contact surfaces. PBW solution used to clean filters used for dispensing into bottles. General sanitation is satisfactory. No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Premise has a Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch license. Samples offered in single use plastic cups.
