Routine Inspection Kitchen not in use at the time of inspection. 2-compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. 2 door cooler at 4 C or below. *Note, thermometer in cooler needs to be replaced. Freezer at -18 C or below. Discussed with operator how to make a 100-200 ppm chlorine solution for manual dishwashing and surface sanitizing. General formula for bleach sanitizer: 1/2 tsp of unscented 5% bleach per litre of warm water. General sanitation satisfactory. Discussed when a temporary food premises permit/approval is required.
