> Walk-in cooler - under the shelving in the far right corner from the door.
> Upstairs - food debris between and behind the chest freezers, especially the 2 smaller ones along the stairwell.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize as per your sanitation plan. Deep cleaning should be weekly AT LEAST (depending on usage). Ensure all hard to reach areas are addressed.
