Facility has a two compartment sink ( was full of dirty dishware's) and a single sink ( as food prep and hand washing sink) full of dirty dishware- any repeated violation may result in issuance of a fine
Corrective Action(s): -One sink MUST be dedicated for hand washing and available at all time- no dishware to be stored or foods to be washed at that sink
