Follow-up inspection conducted:

CODE 209 in compliance. All foods properly contained in and covered with food grade materials throughout.
CODE 306 in compliance. Areas mentioned during the routine inspection thoroughly cleaned. Facility now in excellent sanitary condition. Good.

CODE 308 still to be corrected. Electrician will come early next week to have the light bulbs replaced in the walk-in cooler. OK.
Ventilation canopy hood will be serviced next week. OK.
