Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CCAT5K.
All violations in report#JCHY-CCAT5K have been corrected.
-Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle and buckets measured at 200ppm at the front servicing area and kitchen area.
-Built-up grease observed underneath the deep fryer have been cleaned and sanitized. Built-up of food debris in walk-in cooler observed to be cleaned and sanitized.
-Bags of sugar, wheat, and green mung beans observed to be stored in containers with lids protected from contamination.
-Ceiling where the chest freezers are located have been observed to be cleaned and sanitized by bleach to remove mold and painted.

Handwashing sinks at the front and kitchen area are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

NOTE: Ensure that all food are stored at least 6 inches off the floor and put all dry goods into containers with lids.

Gol gappa vending cart observed outside of the patio. No evident of outside cooking. Operator informed that the vending cart is for show. No outdoor cooking is permitted at this time.
