Operator is aware to ensure quat is being dispensed at approx 75F Employes recently took food safety update course. Stoppers available for all 3 sinks at the 3 compartment sink Quat sanitizer in spray bottles at 200ppm Liquid soap and paper towels at hand sink Walk in cooler at <4c Pizza prep cooler at <4c Freezer cold holding at <-18c No pest issues observed. No gaps observed at the base of either the front or back door. Exhaust canopy and pizza ovens are being maintained
