-Facility is a home based business. Kitchen is currently not in use.
-Handwash station shared with 2-compartment sink and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-2-compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitizing. Sink plugs available.
-Bleach available on-site and prepared when needed. To prepare 100ppm bleach, add 1 teaspoon bleach per litre of water.
-Refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-18C.
-Thermometers available in cold holding unit.
-Minimum amounts of shelf-stable foods stored on-site.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Operator FoodSafe Level 1 valid until November 5, 2022.
