Exhaust vent hood observed to have built-up of grease. Review and follow facility's Sanitation Plan on daily cleaning of facility. No sticker displayed on exhaust hood to indicate next service date.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the shelving racks and seams of the preparation cooler and underneath the shelving racks of the walk-in cooler.
