Observations: -Tables and equipment are now placed accordingly in the facility. -Door to the unit over is closed and no construction being done at the time of inspection. -Pest control record provided, will occur monthly. -Covid-19 Safety Plan needs to be further developed. Be more specific. Email by end of day today. -Update sanitation plan to include cooling unit. Be more specific about how often it will be cleaned. -Future considerations: -Contact Health Protection office if you plan on adding any extra tables in the processing area. -In future inspections, if deemed necessary, additional fixtures (handsinks) may be required. -Health Approval is granted *Discussed Covid-19 Safety Plan with operator. Operator had adequate knowledge regarding policies and procedures. Documentation was not fully completed.
