Observation: Grease and food spils underneath cookline as well as grease build up on hood vent fire suppression lines, sides of unit, and upper oven (not in use).
Corrective Action(s): Clean above mentioned areas. Also, as upper oven is not in use, remove the frying pans stored in there. Correct within one week.

Observation: Standup cooler in kitchen stopped working last week. Not in use.
Corrective Action(s): To be fixed or replaced. Do not use until unit can maintain 4C or less or a new unit has been obtained.

Routine inspection:
-operator on site has valid foodsafe, new cook does not have foodsafe, and new server's foodsafe has expired - new cook and server to take/re-take as soon as possible
-no changes to menu
-handsinks fully equipped
-cooler at 4C or less
-freezers at -18C or less
-food storage in coolers is good
-physical rodent traps in use, no signs of pests
-discussed practice with new server for either cleaning ice cream scoops between each use or storing in ice water

***temperature logs to be kept twice daily for all coolers
***dishwasher log to be kept as well
