Observation: Some rodent droppings are observed near back entrance door, bags of potato and onion are stored
Corrective Action(s): Remove the droppings, clean and sanitize the area. Monitor the area for any new pest activity. Pest control company is in place, get the detailed report from pest company and ensure that it is available for area EHO to review

Routine inspection conducted and following were observed:
- All handsinks - in front area, back kitchen area and employee washroom are all supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler, prep cooler, upright storage and sweets display cooler are all measured at temperature less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer and chest freezer are measured at less than -18C
- Dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine solution during final rinse cycle at dish surface. Test strips are available
- Dry storage area satisfactory
- FOODSAFE level 1 is verified, expiry Aug 7 2025
- General sanitation is satisfactory
