This inspection done by an EHO student. Follow-up to inspection report #248952. All previously noted violations have been corrected. - Cleaning --> excellent: Behind chest freezers are free of food debris and under shelving unit. - Deep fryer is in sanitary condition. Oil is replaced every 2nd use. - Mechanic has been called as of last week (05/14), to be on-site on 05/19 to repair chest freezer seals.
