Staff are continuing to use single use disposable items for customers and manually washing all other items in two compartment sink. Corrective Action(s): Obtain sanitizer for the dishwasher and ensure that it can consistently maintain the 50ppm chlorine final rinse. Due: March 9, 2023 Violation Score: 15 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: No staff on site with FoodSafe (or equivalent) training on site during inspection.
