A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers below 4C; freezers below -19C; thermometers present; and temperatures electronically monitored and alarmed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. Rodent proofing of exterior doors is being done, and professional company (Abell) contracted to monitor for pests, 4 times a week. Reviewed pest reports, all in order. - Quats sanitizer present for spot cleaning. - All food stored 6" off the floor on pallets or racks. - All in order.
