-Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Upright freezer was at -23C. -Temperatures are checked and recorded when kitchen is used. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing). Test strips available to test dishwasher chemical concentration. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection (minimal amounts of foods stored on-site). Foods stored off the ground and in pest proof containers. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility serviced by a professional pest control operation. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent trained staff present while kitchen is in use. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
