Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Single door cooler by the pizza over was at 2C.
-Freezer units (3) ranged from -15C to -18C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer pail is changed every 2 hours (tracked using a timer).
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly covered, stored off the ground, and protected from contamination.
-Washroom was clean and well maintained.
-Facility monitored by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled to identify their contents.
