Follow-up inspection Major improvements have been made to general sanitation in the kitchen and dry storage area. The rodent droppings in the dry storage area and dishwashing area have been cleaned up. There is still some grease build up behind cooking equipment - operator indicates this will be addressed during the exhaust canopy service. Bar area has been cleaned and rodent droppings have been removed. Areas that still require cleaning are cash area and behind buffet equipment - a deep cleaning of the carpet has been scheduled for tomorrow (October 19). Operator provided a copy of the pest control report - traps have been placed around the perimeter of the building however not inside. Please have the pest control company service inside of building as well. In the interim, continue placing traps yourself. Operator has started to renew the FOODSAFE certificate.
