Observation: Inventory of latex disposable gloves onsite.
Corrective Action(s): Discard or remove latex gloves from premise.
Discontinue further use of latex gloves, as latex can pose a food allergen risk. If disposable gloves are used; vinyl, plastic or nitrile disposable gloves are suitable for safe foodhandling.

Observation: Food and debris noted on the following surfaces: microwave, microwave shelf and shelving below, floor / corners around coke cooler, and inside coke cooler adjacent to warmer.
Mouse droppings observed on floor in closet around mop sink, around corner coke cooler, around mixer, behind wheeled bins, and in corners of triple sink room.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
