Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-B3XU9P -Ice machine has been replaced -Bleach water solution noted at 100 ppm chlorine -2 front display coolers noted at 4 C, back cooler noted at 4 C -Other violations from past inspection have not been corrected and EHO has not been contacted by owner/operator with further updates as per bottom of last inspection report -Repeat violations and with contravention of Correction Order Issued last inspection will result in a violation ticket issued at a later date. ***Contact EHO if there are any questions - business card provided again Still requiring correction: 1.Replacement of dairy cooler : still noted at 10 C ***One of each required beverage is stored in unit during operation, remainder stored in back functioning cooler under 4 C.
