Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 frozen breakfast bagels with cheese, eggs and meat were thawing at room temp on back prep table.

1. in cooler over night
2. in microwave/oven
Do not thaw frozen foods at room temperature.

-Ice machine has been replaced
-Bleach water solution noted at 100 ppm chlorine
-2 front display coolers noted at 4 C, back cooler noted at 4 C

-Other violations from past inspection have not been corrected and EHO has not been contacted by owner/operator with further updates as per bottom of last inspection report
-Repeat violations and with contravention of Correction Order Issued last inspection will result in a violation ticket issued at a later date.
