Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of front prep coolers recorded at 3.2C and 1.2C
- Front undercounter cooler at 4C
- Back walk in cooler at 4C
- Walk in freezer at -15.7C
- Hot holding unit with soup recorded above 60C
- Temperature and sanitation logs were maintained. Good.
- Both handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded at the dispensing unit and in the sanitizer pail.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food containers were properly covered and labelled.
- Both walk in cooler and freezer were well organized.
- Meat slicer was maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- No signs of pest activity observed.

Overall, well maintained.
