Observation: - Food containers in prep cooler were left uncovered
- Raw eggs stored on the middle shelf with other ready to eat items in upright storage cooler
- Colander with cooked rice was stored in mop sink
Corrective Action(s): - Cover all food items with well fitting lids or plastic wrap in coolers to protect from contamination
- Store raw eggs on the bottom shelf and away from ready to eat items
- Do not store any food items in mop sink. Container with rice removed and kept in food prep area in a bus pan

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following were observed:
- All handsinks - in front area, back kitchen area and employee washroom are all supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler, prep cooler, upright storage and sweets display cooler are all measured at temperature less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer and chest freezer are measured at less than -18C
- Dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine solution during final rinse cycle at dish surface. Test strips are available
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available at 100ppm chlorine solution
- Dry storage area satisfactory
- NO evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE level 1 is verified, expiry Aug 7 2025
- General sanitation is satisfactory
