Observation: Multiple opened canned foods (high acid tomoato sauces and ketchup etc) used as storage containers.
Corrective Action(s): Once opened, store such canned foods in proper containers only. Food and air will cause reaction and potentially contaminating food with metal component of cans such as lead in solder points of cans.

Observation: Dry food storage floor under shelves observed with an accumulation of food debris and dust. Obvious there isn't sufficient frequency of cleaning in this area, likely due to the tight space and food products stored on floor. This space is becoming cluttered.
Corrective Action(s): Re-organize this space to significantly reduce storage of food on floor and make this area more accessible by:
- Purchase one or two free standing food grade institutional bulk food storage containers to fit space beside cooler units as discussed. Must be wheeled to accomodate easy access and mobility.
