Observation: The reach-in cooler was measuring 3C towards the back and ~8C at the very front. The air curtain felt a bit on a weaker side. The manager placed on work order at the time of inspection, and pushed food items towards back of the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Service the reach-in cooler so that the temperature at the front is also at or below 4C.

Comments

Handsink (double-compartment sink) was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Handsink in the washroom was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and an air dryer.
Washroom was in sanitary condition
Walk-in-cooler was at or below 4 degrees C
Coolers were equipped with thermometers.
Pre-packaged food was stored off the floor in storage areas.
Ice cream freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
