Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food containers are covered with lids unless they are in active use. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Heavy accumulation of food debris, grease, and waste was observed underneath and between all kitchen equipment. In addition, the inside of the stand up cooler and kitchen fan still needs cleaning. Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas and ensure cleaning is done regularly. Violation Score: 15 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Grease container for grill has a hole on the bottom side, which causes grease to leak onto the floors. Corrective Action(s): Replace grease container. Violation Score: 3
