Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff were unable to demonstrate proper manual warewashing procedures (no sanitizing step)
Corrective Action(s): discussed proper warewashing procedures and provided manual warewashing diagram (Korean).
3rd compartment sink was filled with bleach water measuring 100-200 ppm and dishes were sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer solution not available at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Operator made a new bottle of sanitizer spray solution (measured 200 ppm chlorine). Ensure this solution is made daily and used on frequently touched surfaces and food contact surfaces. rinsing not required.
