Observation: Temp all coolers + freezer satisfactory with the exception of sandwich cooler: 7-9C --> being cleaned prior to the inspection --> monitor in 1 hr if temp still >4C call repair - sent email to the inspector re: this cooler temp.

Approval is granted subject to correction to the above noted issues (coded + * items)
