Observation: 1. Debris/grease build up noted on floor underneath 2-compartment sink and floor where chemicals are stored in the back by dishwasher.
2. Seal along wall of 2-compartment sink has come off - black mold build up noted.
3. Shelves in display coolers have debris build up.
4. Ventilation hood that is not used has dust build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all mentioned areas. Regular cleaning will prevent build up of debris.

Follow up Inspection for violations: October 5/2018

Note: Currently due to plumbing issue - dishwasher and 2-compartment cleaning sink cannot be used at the same time, water over flows into a bucket. Operator is dumping this over-flow water into other 2-compartment sink. Needs to be repaired.
