Kitchen not in use at the time of inspection. Volunteers use this kitchen for community meal preparation. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Hand sinks in use with paper towels, liquid soap and running water. Bleach sanitizer available on site. Fridge at 2C eggs. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Service area is sanitary. Stand up fridge at 3C creamers and top unit at -22C chicken stock. Food and utensils are sanitary and protected from contamination. Dishwasher final rinse at 78.2C at the plate. Equipment in good working order. Permit posted in visible location. Note: One orange oven glove observed in poor condition and discarded by operator.
