Observation: The cooler on the right hand side to the entrance of the kitchen had an ambient temperature of 10.7 C. The required temperature for coolers is between 1-4 C.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue using this cooler today until it is repaired or replaced.

Note: This kitchen will be permanently moving to the Christine Sinclair center next Spring/ Summer and will be closed at that point. Contact Fraser Health once this kitchen has closed.
Note: The kitchen is used occasionally for events and is not currently in use.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C, except for the coolers noted above.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Quats sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, traps are in place.
Both sinks plugs at the 2-compartment sink are working properly.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
