Note: Front display cooler and prep cooler not in use at this time. - All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder. Note: chest freezer has been replaced with an additional walk-in freezer. - Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions - General sanitation satisfactory - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
