An unscheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess contravention noted on routine inspection #WBET-CMAPH3.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At this inspection the manager and no children were present. All noted contraventions have been addressed. During this inspection the manager attempted to access staff records on the facility computer. The manager made several attempts to restart the computer but was not able to do so due to technical issues. A further follow up inspection will be conducted in the future to review staff files. This inspection was written off site and a copy emailed to the manager.
