Corrective Action(s): Service or adjust cooler and ensure it can maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis. Cooler was adjusted at the time of inspection but was unable to drop below 6C.

Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 3C.
-Chest freezer was at -17C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Foods were reheated/cooked to greater than 74C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 9, 2023.
