Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Products again found double stacked in the steam/ water hot holding unit. Two products were found below 60C. One sauce found at 38C was discarded at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): This has been discussed numerous times in the past. Please find a solution that keeps products at 60C minimum, and won't burn. Inform staff again of the signage posted saying "no double stacking inserts!"

Hand sinks all equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. Sanitizers also available, but are not a substitute for hand washing.
Front bar: both coolers 3C, quat sanitizer bucket refreshed at start of inspection - found at 200ppm
Servery: freezers -13C to -16C, coolers ranged from 1C to 4C

Kitchen prep line: coolers ranged from 2C to 5C. Freezers operational
Hot holding mentioned above. Dry hot holding cabinet products >60C
Sanitizer rag bucket 200ppm
Pooled eggs are a prepackaged product. Shell eggs cracked and mixed when ordered
Observed proper use of single use disposable gloves

**Note some drain flies were observed in here. recommend bleaching out your drains at the end of each night
