Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One insert of cut tomatoes, onions, chicken wings, fries, potato and chicken balls stored in the prep cooler measured with an internal temperature of 11-12C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded one insert of chicken wings and chicken balls, rest of the food was transferred to the walk-in cooler.
