Observation: The upright cooler is missing a handle (silicon coming off as staff are opening the door by grasping the side) and measured 10.5C.
Corrective Action(s): Employee was asked to move coffee milk to walk-in cooler. Do not store perishable foods in this cooler. Replace/fix the cooler so that it is equipped with a proper handle (to ensure proper cleaning) and is able to maintain 4C or below.

- Handsinks are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in buckets at multiple locations
- All coolers, except the upright cooler in the front area as mentioned above, measured <4C
- All freezers measured <-18C
- Temperature log is kept up to date (temperature monitoring conducted twice daily)
- Sanitation plan posted on the wall
- Foods are stored in a manner that protects against contamination (raw meats stored on the bottom shelf, foods stored in appropriate containers with lids)
- Foods are stored off of floor and in pest proof containers in dry storage
- Equipment (deli slicer) maintained in a sanitary manner
- Low temp dishwasher is able to produce 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- 5 FOODSAFE trained employees present
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
