Two dispensers available. - High temperature dishwasher registered 75C at the plate level. - Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. - Dry food products stored off the ground on shelving units. - Temperature logs maintained and available for review. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time of inspection. Ensure rodent traps are aligned next to the wall.
