Follow up inspection to MTRG-ATDV6W.
During time of inspection the following items were corrected on or before time of follow up inspection:
- All droppings on shelving units at front of facility were removed
- Shelving cleaned and sanitized
- All food products affected by contamination have been discarded or in process of being discarded
- Staff is still in process of organizing food products

Notes:
* CLOSURE ORDER rescinded*
- Operator will remain closed for the rest of the day (November 24th 2017)
- Only grocery store portion can remain open for operation, NO MEAT PROCESSING OR ANY OTHER PROCESSING ALLOWED UNTIL NEXT FOLLOW UP INSPECTION
- Pest Control Operator will service facility at 5pm this evening.


- Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Coolers at 4C or below
* Freezers ranging from -10C to -18C
- Bleach solution available in spray bottles, concentration at 200ppm
