Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the ASM.

- Hand sinks fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
- Freezer at -18 C or below.
- Quats sanitizer tested in dispensing units and spray bottles 200ppm
- Walk in coolers were in a sanitary condition.
- No shellfish for sale in this facility.
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.

Note: In order to keep temperature at 4C or below, avoid overloading boneless shoulder butt Roast and Top Sirloin roast AAA in display cooler.
