Routine check. Food Safe (or equivalent) training - in compliance. At least one person has valid Food Safety training. Note Person in Charge today requires an updated certificate. Coolers at 40F or colder with exception of front small milk cooler (at 45F). Your records show it was at 37F this morning. Door has been opened a lot during inspection. Keep door closed and re-check this cooler (40F or colder required). Freezers and hot holding - in compliance. Hand washing stations - liquid soap and paper towels provided. Quats sanitizer used and is at 200ppm - good. Cleaning - ongoing - Follow a written routine cleaning schedule. Pest control ongoing. Reviewed last inspection report from licenced pest control - good.
