- All sinks were maintained in sanitary condition
- Meat walk-in cooler measured to be below 4C
- Display coolers were all at 4C or colder
- Meat cutting/packaging room ambient temperature was 4C
- Seafood walk-in cooler measured to be below 4C
- Seafood display coolers were below 4C
- All freezers were at -18C or colder
- General sanitation excellent - all equipment observed to be in sanitary conditions
