Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Hot water faucet is broken at the handwashing station at the front
- Handwashing sink around the corner in back area was missing paper towel
Corrective Action(s): - Fix the hot water faucet knob at the front handsink.Meanwhile use the handsink in back area close to front display area. Replace paper towel at the hanksink.
Followup inspection will be conducted to check the faucet knob

Routine inspection conducted:
- Handwashing station in back area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Display coolers and walk in cooler are maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers maintained at -18C or less.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available at 200ppm chlorine residual
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
